Jane Kelsey is an academic activist who has spent a lifetime teaching and researching law from a critical and Tiriti based perspective at Waipapa Taumata Rau Auckland University. Jane provides analysis and training on neoliberal globalisation for activists in Aotearoa and internationally, and advises developing country governments. She is a Pūkenga for Ngā Toki Whakarururanga, providing technical advice on the interface of free trade and investment agreements with Te Tiriti o Waitangi me He Whakaputanga.
