Colby Raley is a strategist within the New Zealand Public Sector team at Microsoft, where she works with teams internally and externally to define and address the most pressing challenges facing the public sector today. Before joining Microsoft, Colby was a Director at PwC, helping some of NZ's largest public sector organisations design and deliver digital solutions to enable their staff and customers. Before moving to NZ in 2013, she worked with research and funding organisations, bringing basic and applied research projects into reality and helping prioritise investments to drive innovation.

Colby is focussed on finding out how technology can help people and is passionate about improving the interaction between people and technology of all types. She is passionate about putting the user at the centre of the equation and specialises in bringing people together to deliver technology-enabled solutions.
