Lisa Underwood is a health service researcher with a background in psychology. She works for COMPASS at the University of Auckland as a Senior Research Fellow and spends most of her time at the Stats NZ Datalab obtaining and managing data sourced from the Integrated Data Infrastructure. Lisa is currently working on a National Science Challenge funded project on chronic conditions among NZ whānau and is about to start a new project on rare disorders in Aotearoa. She is interested in developing projects on the impacts of health, disability, neurodevelopmental disorders, mental health and substance use on children, carers and family wellbeing.
