Ngā Uri o Te Raukura is a creative performance group comprised of 3 descendants of Te Ātiawa, Taranaki, and of Parihaka. We are all graduates of the Māori total-immersion school here in New Plymouth, Te Pi’ipi’inga Kākano Mai Rangiātea, and we are here to share our stories as youth and caretakers of this whenua and our tauhrke mounga, Taranaki.
