I was born and bred in the Tairāwhiti and have nearly 30 years of community development and advisory experience through the public service and now the private sector.

I believe that community, whanau, hapu and iwi are the passions which have to motivate anyone in this role ensuring equity and oranga are at the forefront of thinking and delivery in each and every step we take.
