Emma Wethey is the Policy and Research Manager at Philanthropy New Zealand | Tōpūtanga Tuku Aroha o Aotearoa (PNZ).

Emma is experienced at surfacing evidence and learning and sharing it in ways that can lead to improved practice and decision-making. She draws from her wide-ranging experience in roles that have focused on progressing equity and justice, and highly values working in partnership with others.

Emma convenes the PNZ Climate Action Funders Network and leads a range of collaborations and engagements between the philanthropic and government sectors.
