Natalia is the General Manager of Weave – Working Together. Weave (formerly ‘The Working Together More Fund’) is a collaboration of eight philanthropic family foundations from across Aotearoa, including the Tindall Foundation, J.R McKenzie Trust, Todd Foundation, Hugh Green Foundation, Wayne Francis Charitable Trust, D.V. Bryant Trust, Len Reynolds Trust and Clare Foundation that support our communities to work together.

Natalia has a background in indigenous innovation, funding, equity and hauora. Natalia has advised and held leadership positions with Iwi, Government, NGO’s and Philanthropy. Natalia holds a conjoint degree in Law (LL.B) and Psychology (B.Soc.Sci). Natalia is passionate about centering whānau and community voice, enabling flax roots leadership and Te Tiriti as the vehicle for transformational change.
