Raised and loved in Omapere, Hokianga, Helen Clarke is of Ngāpuhi descent. Her greatest source of inspiration are her tamariki and all those who she is a living expression of.

Born into a commitment to ensuring Māori tamariki mokopuna have access to nothing but the best, her current role as Engagement Team Lead at Foundation North aligns to this. The role further provides a platform to enhance the lives of all who call Aotearoa home.

Passionate about life long learning, she has over 20 years experience working in community across education and health and has a Degree in Education and Sociology, PGDip in Arts, Diploma in Adult Education and is a current student of the Hetet Māori Art School.
